To ensure the best experience possible, W.H. Peters Outdoor Adventures limits the number of

participants per tour. For this reason, it is necessary for us to incorporate the following

cancellation policy: Groups of 4 or more must cancel at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled

tour to receive a refund. Groups of 3 or fewer must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the

scheduled tour. This goes for all members of your party. In the event that you do not cancel

within this time period, you will not receive a refund. Thank you for understanding!

W.H. Peters Outdoor Adventures reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time if we feel that

the weather or conditions present an unsafe situation. Any tours cancelled due to weather will

result in a refund to all participants. We do not cancel tours in the event of light rain or drizzle. If

thunder or lightening is present, we will cancel the tour. We are very knowledgeable about the

areas where we do the tours. Sometimes it may be sunny where you are, but we know there is

a thunderstorm moving towards the tour location and vice versa. We make the call on the

weather. If you are not comfortable with this, we suggest that you wait closer to the time of the

tour to make your reservation.
