Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time.

Guests who do not arrive for their tour will be considered a no-show. No-shows do not receive a

refund.

Tours begin exactly at the scheduled start time.

If you arrive late without calling before the tour start time, the tour will launch as scheduled, and

no refund will be issued.

If you call ahead, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, accommodation is not

guaranteed and may depend on safety considerations and the needs of the group.
